IHTMLAttributeCollection3 interface

Provides the ability to programmatically access items in an element's attribute collection. Extends the IHTMLAttributeCollection2 interface.

The IHTMLAttributeCollection3 interface inherits from the IDispatch interface but does not have additional members.
