2.2.3.3 Application-Removed PDU (OD_APP_REMOVED)
The Application-Removed PDU (OD_APP_REMOVED) is sent by the sharing manager to notify participants that an application MUST be removed from their application lists. Processing instructions for this PDU are specified in section 3.2.5.1.2.

HDR (4 bytes): The common PDU header (as specified in Common Order Header (section 2.2.1)). The Type field of the common PDU header MUST be set to ODTYPE_APP_REMOVED (0x0002).
AppId (4 bytes): The 32-bit, unsigned integer that specifies the AppId of the application to be removed. The integer MUST uniquely identify an application in the application list, as specified in the AppId field description of Application-Created PDU (section 2.2.3.2).
