Parameters

value: Type: System.Boolean
The Boolean value to convert.

Return Value

Type: System.UInt64
The number 1 if value is true; otherwise, 0.

Examples

The following example converts Boolean true and false values to unsigned long integers.

bool falseFlag = false;
bool trueFlag = true;

Console.WriteLine("{0} converts to {1}.", falseFlag,
                  Convert.ToUInt64(falseFlag));
Console.WriteLine("{0} converts to {1}.", trueFlag,
                  Convert.ToUInt64(trueFlag));
// The example displays the following output: 
//       False converts to 0. 
//       True converts to 1.
