The URL can contain a maximum of 1,024 characters. The combination of the BusinessName, DestinationUrl, and DisplayUrl elements make the mobile ad unique.

The PhoneNumber format is validated for the countries corresponding to an ad group’s Language setting as well as any CountryTarget settings. For example if the corresponding ad group Language is English and there are no country targets outside of those mapped by the ad group Language, the PhoneNumber format is validated for US, CA, GB, IE, IN, and SG. If the corresponding ad group Language is English and France is also targeted, the PhoneNumber format is validated for US, CA, GB, IE, IN, SG, and FR.

For a list of ad languages and corresponding market countries where ads are served, see Ad Languages.

The following are examples of valid formats based on country:

  • US/CA – (nnn) nnn-nnnn

  • FR – nn nn nn nn

  • SG – nnnn nnnn

  • GB – nnnnnnnnnnn

  • IE/IN – nnnnnnnnnn

If the PhoneNumber format is valid for any of the corresponding countries, then the ad will pass editorial validation. If the specified PhoneNumber format is invalid for all of the corresponding countries, then error code 1370 CampaignServicePhoneNumberNotAllowedForCountry will be returned.
