how do I allow display updates during a long calculation?

connection definition

I have a pivot table refreshed via ODBC, and sql code. When I open the cube, and view the Data>Connection>Properties>definition, the connection string is there, but the sql code used to extract the data is missing.

I set excel to allow external datasources, and enabled data connections, but same result.

Comments/suggestions?

Need urgent help with VBA 2007 CHARTWIZARD method !!!

Hey,

I am getting the runtime error -2147467259(80004005) "The specified dimension is not valid for the current chart type"

in EXCEL 2007 VBA code to generate a 3D PIE. This code just fine in EXCEL 2003.

so what changed in 2007? Any ideas to fix this.

BTW, i need to make this code run in both 2003 and 2007... please help!!!

This is a urgent issue and i need to fix this ASAP. so any comments/suggestions are most appreciated.
