Microsoft continues our commitment to delivering high value products and services to our customers. We will be deemphasizing our investment in the Connected Services Framework in order to focus on this commitment.

For support understanding an alternative technology to the CSF service delivery platform please contact csnetmaa@microsoft.com. 

• Microsoft will continue to work with partners to provide service delivery infrastructure for service providers, but will no longer be developing a product (Connected Services Framework) specific for this purpose
• Microsoft has alternate technologies in the Service Delivery space and it will work with customers and partners to provide the best solutions possible
• Microsoft is as committed as ever to the future of Software as a Service and will be announcing and releasing a broad portfolio of services for providers to continue to resell
