The Microsoft Search Server 2008 Software Development Kit (SDK) includes documentation for Microsoft Search Server 2008.

The Search Server 2008 object models are based on the Enterprise Search object model in Office SharePoint Server 2007 with some additional members in the search-related namespaces for federated search.
