Programming Administrative Tasks with AMO

Analysis Management Objects (AMO) is a programming library used from client applications to manage Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services (SSAS), Analysis Services SQL Server 2008 R2, and SQL Server 2008 Analysis Services (SSAS). In this section, you will learn to how to program the AMO objects.

The AMO library can be thought of as logically related groups of objects that are used to accomplish a specific task.
