Live Meeting Clients
Microsoft Office Live Meeting is a Web conference tool to make online meetings more productive and engaging. Live Meeting works with an audio conference provider and enhances conventional audio-only teleconferencing with visuals that include Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and other documents to be shared with meeting participants. With Live Meeting, a presenter can conduct a product demonstration in a meeting room while online participants watch the demonstration remotely, together with those in the meeting room. A presenter can make a meeting more interactive by conducting polls among meeting participants or get feedback from them online. Furthermore, Live Meeting is integrated with other applications such as Microsoft Office Outlook® and Office Communicator.

Live Meeting services are called to manage meetings, users, and resources. The services can be accessed through the Live Meeting Web user interface or API processor.
A conference center is organization-specific and holds all meetings that affiliated users schedule within the organization.
The Live Meeting service provides Meet Now and Scheduled Meetings.
Resources are meeting recordings, slide presentations, and applications or documents sharable during a meeting.
A meeting organizer must have a user account in a conference center to hold a meeting. A user can be a member, organizer, or administrator of a conference center. Groups are used to organize users.
Participation of a meeting can be determined with password or access control.
