You can choose to hide a Microsoft Office Live Small Business application, list, or dashboard within an Office Live Small Business account.

This is useful when you create an application, for example, that manipulates data to make it more meaningful for a particular audience and displays the results in a new Web part on a Web Part page in a different business application. Because your application has no separate user interface, there is no need to expose it to your customer.

Hide an application, workspace, list, or dashboard

  1. On the Office Live Small Business Home page, at the top, click More, and then click Business Applications.

  2. On the Business Applications Home page, to the right of the Business Applications title, click Settings.

  3. Under Modify, click Left menu items.

  4. In the list, select the item that you want to hide.

  5. On the actions bar, click Hide.
