DecodePointer function

Decodes a pointer that was previously encoded with EncodePointer.

Syntax

PVOID DecodePointer(
  PVOID Ptr
);

Parameters

Ptr

The pointer to be decoded.

Return value

The function returns the decoded pointer.

Remarks

Windows Phone 8: This API is supported.

Requirements

Minimum supported client

Windows Vista, Windows XP with SP2 [desktop apps | Windows Store apps]

Minimum supported server

Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003 with SP1 [desktop apps | Windows Store apps]
