Parameters

postDataKey
Type: System.String

The key identifier for the control.

postCollection
Type: System.Collections.Specialized.NameValueCollection

The collection of all incoming name values.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the HtmlSelect control's state has changed as a result of a postback; otherwise, false.

The SelectedIndex property was set to a value greater than the number of items in the HtmlSelect control or less than -1.

This member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when the HtmlSelect instance is cast to an IPostBackDataHandler interface.
