index: Type: System.Int32
The zero-based index at which value is to be inserted.

value: Type: System.Object
The object to insert into the collection.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
NotSupportedException	Items cannot be inserted into a read-only collection.

Remarks

Throws a NotSupportedException if called.
