The MetadataImporter that imports the metadata information.

- Type: System.ServiceModel.Description.PolicyConversionContext
The PolicyConversionContext object that contains the policy assertions that can be imported and the collections of binding elements to which custom binding elements that implement the encoding policy can be added.
