ISearchCatalogManager::put_DiacriticSensitivity method (searchapi.h)

Sets a value that determines whether the catalog is sensitive to diacritics. A diacritic is a mark added to a letter to indicate a special phonetic value or pronunciation.

Syntax

  [in] BOOL fDiacriticSensitive
);

Parameters

[in] fDiacriticSensitive

Type: BOOL

A Boolean value that determines whether the catalog is sensitive to diacritics. TRUE if the catalog is sensitive to and recognizes diacritics; otherwise, FALSE.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
