The Gpsapi.h header file that defines functions; constants; enumerations; and structures is located at %_WINCEROOT\Public\Common\SDK\Inc. The Gpsdev.h header file that defines IOCTLs is located at %_WINCEROOT\Public\Common\Oak\Drivers\GPSID\Inc.
