pszExpand
Type: System.String
[in] Tree view node that is selected.

pszSelect
Type: System.String
[in] List view item that is selected.

dwReserved
Type: System.UInt32
[in] Reserved for future use.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

This method brings up the New Project dialog box with the specified tree view node and list view item selected. Use this method to create a new project.
