Parameters
index
Type: System.UInt32[in] The index of the item for which to change the checked state.
ptscr
Type: System.UInt32%[out] Returns a value from the _VSTREESTATECHANGEREFRESH enumeration indicating whether any children of this item also need to be refreshed in the display.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
