Remarks
This flag is obsolete. Adding a new file to a project is now more effectively done via File.NewFile or Project.AddNewItem, steps that each present the user with multiple valid files. Accepting one of these template types then copies the file and adds it to the project, accomplishing the same goal as CEF_CLONEFILE.
