IContact::put_YomiLastName (Compact 7)

The YomiLastName property gets or sets the Japanese phonetic rendering (Yomigana) of the last name for the contact.

Syntax

HRESULT put_YomiLastName(
   BSTR pwsz
);

pwsz
[in] Reference to the Yomigana last name. For information on the BSTR type, see BSTR.

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

Maximum length is 1022 characters.

This property applies to Japanese products only. Attempting to get or put this property on other products fails and returns an E_NOTIMPL error.
