MIME readers SHOULD<131> parse the value of the X-MS-Exchange-Organization-SCL header as an integer value in the range -1 to 10 and assign that value to the PidTagContentFilterSpamConfidenceLevel property ([MS-OXCSPAM] section 2.2.1.3).
