NetTcpRelayBindingBase.MaxBufferSize Property

Gets or sets a value that specifies the maximum size of the buffer used to store messages in memory.

Property Value

Type: System.Int32
Returns the maximum size, in bytes, of the buffer used to store messages in memory. The default value is 65,536.

MaxBufferSize, MaxBufferPoolSize, ReaderQuotas, and MaxReceivedMessageSize are often used together to assist with memory management and provide a potential defense against Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks.
