This CE-specific NDIS DeviceIoControl request is used to retrieve the names of the adapters currently instantiated by NDIS.

lpOutBuffer: Pointer to a buffer to receive the retrieved list of adapter names. The list will be a wide character multi-string.

lpBytesReturned: Pointer to DWORD in which to store the number of bytes in the returned multi-string.
