The following table shows the MUI functions with a description of the purpose of each.

EnumUILanguages

Enumerates the UI languages that are available on the system.

EnumUILanguagesProc

Provides call-back functionality for EnumUILanguages, and receives a pointer to a string buffer containing a UI language identifier.

GetSystemDefaultUILanguage

Retrieves the LANGID for the original install language of the system. For more information about LANGID, see Language Identifiers and Locales.

GetUserDefaultUILanguage

Retrieves the LANGID for the current user UI language selection. For more information about LANGID, see Language Identifiers and Locales.

SetUserDefaultUILanguage

Sets the LANGID for the current user UI language selection. For more information about LANGID, see Language Identifiers and Locales.
