The Windows Live Messenger Web Toolkit is a set of APIs that enables third-party Web sites to add instant messaging capabilities seamlessly with Windows Live™ Messenger.

The Windows Live Alerts SDK, version 2.5, enables developers familiar with Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) to programmatically integrate with the Alerts notification service and perform administrative tasks that are not available using the Windows Live Alerts web site.
