AutomaticUpdatesUserType enumeration

Defines the type of user.

Syntax

  auutCurrentUser         = 1,
  auutLocalAdministrator  = 2
} AutomaticUpdatesUserType;

Constants

auutCurrentUser

The context of the current user.

auutLocalAdministrator

Any administrator on the local computer.

Remarks

The AutomaticUpdatesUserType is used in conjunction with the IAutomaticUpdatesSettings2::CheckPermission method.

Minimum supported client

Windows XP, Windows 2000 Professional with SP3 [desktop apps only]

Minimum supported server

Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Server with SP3 [desktop apps only]
