onafterupdate event

Fires on a databound object after successfully updating the associated data in the data source object.

Syntax

HTML Attribute <element onafterupdate = "handler(event)">
Event Property object.onafterupdate = handler;
attachEvent Method object.attachEvent("onafterupdate", handler)

Remarks

This event only fires when the object is databound and an HTMLDocumentEvents2::onbeforeupdate event has fired (for example, because the data has changed).

Confirms that data has been transferred.

To invoke this event, do one of the following:

  • Change the data that the object contains.
