Click CRM > Setup > Contact management > E-mail groups > .

Press CTRL+N to create a new e-mail group.

In the E-mail group field, enter a unique name.

In the Category drop-down list, select an e-mail category.

Press the Members button.

Select members from the Contact persons, the Employees and/or the Sales units tab, and use the arrow buttons to add or remove them from the E-mail members list.
Follow this procedure to create an e-mail group based on a previously created target list for a specific campaign.

Click CRM > Periodic > Marketing automation > Campaigns.

In the Overview tab of the Campaigns form, select the campaign that the e-mail group is to be based on.

Click Broadcast > Create e-mail group.

In the Create e-mail group form, supply a unique name for the e-mail group in the E-mail group field.

In the Category field, select an e-mail category from the drop-down list.

In the Copy type field, select the type of mail from the drop-down list to define the type of e-mail message sent to the members of the e-mail group.

Select the OK button to create the e-mail group.
All the targets (contact persons) in the Campaigns form are transferred as members of the newly created e-mail group but are not deleted from the Campaigns form.

Click CRM > Periodic > Mailings > Mailings.

In the Mailings form, select the Create e-mail group button to open the Create e-mail group form.

In the E-mail group field, supply a unique name for the e-mail group.

In the Category field, select an e-mail category from the drop-down list.

In the Copy type field, select the type of mail from the drop-down list to define the type of e-mail message sent to the members of the e-mail group.

Select the OK button to create the e-mail group.
All the contact persons in the Mailings form are transferred as members of the newly created e-mail group. However, they are not deleted from the Mailings form.
