Set up a data link query
Click
Balanced scorecard

Select the data link you want to use for the query, then click
Queries
.
Press CTRL+N to create a new inquiry.
In the
Inquiry
field, type a unique identifier for the query.
Click the
Tables
tab to select the tables you want to query.
Click the
Calculation
tab to select fields on the selected tables.
Click the
Ranges
tab to define range criteria.
Click
Test
to test the query.
Note
If no data appears, verify that the SQL statement is defined correctly, and that data exists in the tables or database to which the data link is connected.
