View measurement results quickly by calculating statistics for one or more measurements assigned to a scorecard. The method that you use to do this depends on whether you want to see results for a specific measurement in a scorecard, or for all measurements in a scorecard.

Calculate statistics for a specific measurement

Click Balanced scorecard > Scorecard > Objectives > .

Select the measurement, and click Statistics > Measurements - statistics.

To define the time period for which you want to view results, do one of the following:

Select Transactions, and then enter the number of past periods in the Number of periods - historical box.

Only results for updated periods can be included in the statistics. If you want statistics to cover all updated periods, enter a zero in the box.

Select Period and then enter dates to define a time period.

To define the values you want to see, do one or more of the following:

To show actual values (posted transactions), select the Values check box.

To show target values, select the Target check box.

To show the difference between the actual and target values, select the Difference check box.

To show the benchmark value, for example, select the Benchmark check box.

Click Update to calculate results.

Calculate statistics for all measurements

Click Balanced scorecard > Inquiries > Measurements.

In the Scorecard list, select the scorecard that contains the measurements for which you want to view results.

You can also show results for all measurements in a specific objective by selecting the objective in the Objective list.

To define a specific time period for which you want to view results, enter dates in the From date and To date fields.
