Associate an employee with a user ID

Click Administration > Setup > User relations.

Select the employee that you want to associate with a specific user ID.

On the General tab, in the Employee field, select the employee ID from the drop-down list.

Only associate one user ID with each employee. If multiple employees share the same user ID, many of the forms in Microsoft Dynamics AX CRM will not open because the automatic filter function in the forms cannot uniquely identify the employee.
