Set an objective target
  1. Click Balanced scorecard > .
  2. Select the objective, and click Target.
  3. Click anywhere in the upper pane, and then press CTRL+N to create a new target.
    If a period is defined for the objective, the Start date and End date fields show the next available period. You cannot change these dates.
  4. Complete the remaining fields.
