If the approval procedure is enabled on a measurement journal name, and you are a member of the user group that is selected as responsible for journal approval, you must approve or reject a measurement journal that has been reported as ready.
The posting function continues to be unavailable until the journal is approved. If the journal is rejected, it cannot be posted.
Set up the journal approval procedure

Click Balanced scorecard > Setup > .

Press CTRL+N to create a new measurement journal name.

Enter a journal name and description.

Click the General tab, and in the Approver list select the user group that will approve journals.
All members of this user group are able to approve journals assigned to this journal name.

To activate the approval procedure, select the Active check box.

Click Balanced scorecard > Journals > .

Select the journal to be approved, click Approval, and then select either Approve or Reject.
