Set up an objective
  1. Click Balanced scorecard > .
  2. Select the scorecard that you want to set an objective for, and then click Objectives.
  3. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.
  4. In the Objective field, enter a unique identifier for the objective.
  5. In the Name field, enter a name for the objective.
  6. In the Perspective field, select the perspective to which the objective contributes.
  7. Click the Periods tab, and select a start date for the period in the Date field.
  8. Complete the remaining fields.
