How to Upgrade the Oracle Driver

To upgrade the Oracle driver, you must download and open the self-extracting archive file, ORA92054.exe. It creates an installable directory structure on your hard disk drive. Run the Oracle Universal Installer from the local drive.

To upgrade the Oracle driver
  1. Expand the self-extracting archive file onto your hard disk drive by double-clicking C:\> ORA92054.EXE.

  2. On the File Location page, click Browse.

  3. Locate the file, products.jar, and then click Next.

  4. On the Summary page, click Install.

  5. On completion of the ODBC Driver upgrade, click Exit.
