When you post a journal, it is automatically checked for errors. All errors must be corrected before you can continue.

1. Click Balanced Scorecard > Journals > .
   
2. You can post measurement journal lines individually or collectively.
   
   • To post an individual line, select the measurement journal, click Lines, select the relevant line on the Lines form, and then click Post.
     
   • To post all lines in the journal, click Post.
     

     Note
     If the approval procedure is activated on the related Measurement journal names, before you can post a journal you must report the journal as ready and transfer it to the approver assigned to the knowledge journal name. To report the journal as ready, click Approval, and select Report as ready.
