Set up a measurement journal
  1. Click Balanced scorecard > Journals > .
  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.
  3. In the Name field, select the name that you want to use.

    The list contains all available measurement journal names, which control whether or not journals must be approved before they are posted, and who the approver is.

  4. In the Description field, type a short description for the journal.
