Update measurements
  1. Click Balanced scorecard > Periodic > Update measurements.
  2. Click Select, choose the Measurements you want to update, and click OK to save your changes and return to the Update of measurement transactions dialog box.
  3. In the Date of update field, enter the date on which the update is to occur, or select one using the Microsoft Outlook-style calendar icon.
    If you do not select a date, the current date is used.
  4. Select an update type from the Type group. You can choose from:
    • Past due - Update selected measurements in all periods that have not been calculated according to the update date and the measurements' periods.
    • Credited - Update selected measurements for periods containing settled transactions.
  5. Click OK to start the update.

    One way to limit an update's effect on daily operations is to run the update as a batch.
