Win32_SerialPortSetting class

The Win32_SerialPortSetting association WMI class relates a serial port and its configuration settings.

The following syntax is simplified from Managed Object Format (MOF) code and includes all of the inherited properties. Properties are listed in alphabetic order, not MOF order.

class Win32_SerialPortSetting : Win32_DeviceSettings

  Win32_SerialPort              REF Element;

Element
Data type: Win32_SerialPort
Access type: Read-only

Reference to the Win32_SerialPort instance representing the properties of a serial port on the computer system. This property is inherited from CIM_ElementSetting.

Setting
Data type: Win32_SerialPortConfiguration
Access type: Read-only

Reference to the Win32_SerialPortConfiguration instance representing a configuration setting for the serial port. This property is inherited from CIM_ElementSetting.

Remarks

The Win32_SerialPortSetting class is derived from Win32_DeviceSettings.
