The Security provider allows you to retrieve or change security settings that control ownership, auditing, and access rights to Windows NT/Windows 2000 file system (NTFS) files, directories, and shares. The __Win32Provider instance name is "SECRCW32".

Windows Me/98/95:  The Security provider is not available.
