If this is an error by windows than why don't you just have a way of installing what ever it is that will fix the problem not show all this *** that there is no way I am going to understand no wonder why my CD/DVD player does not work and other problems so what do you (Windows Do To FIX THIS ERROR I did not cause it my comp came like this .
