Cluster Object Private Properties
Private properties are attributes possessed by an individual instance of a cluster object. Other instances may or may not possess the same property.

- WINS Service Private Properties
Windows Server 2003 and Windows 2000 Server: Cluster Private Properties, File Share Private Properties, Local Quorum Private Properties, and Network Private Properties are supported.
Developers can establish new private properties as needed to support a new resource type.
