Links to Windows Installer 4.5 SDK at Download Centre broken

As at 13th August 2009 all Download Centre links explored so far for the Windows Installer SDK are well and truly broken. All attempt report "We are sorry, the age you requested cannot be found" Have spent the last 2 hours trying to get this software - I only want the orca exe so I can provide and image on a welcome screen. This shouldn't be so painful.

Still broken on August 18th - looking for wilogutl

Here's an excerpt from the Windows Installer Team blog...

Please note that the stand-alone version of the Windows Installer 4.5 SDK is now no longer available for download from the Microsoft download center. Windows Installer SDK has traditionally always been included with the Windows SDK, but during the timeframe for the release of MSI 4.5 redistributable there was no other Windows or Windows update release for simultaneously shipping the SDK.

We encourage you to download and use the latest version of the Windows Installer SDK tools (Windows Installer 5.0) included with the RTM release of Windows SDK for Windows 7.

Select only "Developer Tools\Windows Development Tools\Win32Development Tools"
and then browse to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0\Bin\WiLogUtl.exe

Where are the "Visual Basic Scripting Edition (VBScript) tools" in Windows SDK for Win7?
I'm looking for the vbscript tools, but I can't find them anywhere in the latest SDK. Were these tools removed?

The script tools I talking about are: WiLangId.vbs, WiImport.vbs, WiRunSQL.vbs, WiSubStg.vbs, etc.. There were about 2 dozen or so of vbscript files that were extremely useful for authoring packages.
