MsiVerifyDiskSpace function

The MsiVerifyDiskSpace function checks to see if sufficient disk space is present for the current installation.

Syntax


UINT MsiVerifyDiskSpace(
  _In_  MSIHANDLE hInstall
);

Parameters

hInstall [in]

Handle to the installation provided to a DLL custom action or obtained through MsiOpenPackage, MsiOpenPackageEx, or MsiOpenProduct.

Return value

ERROR_DISK_FULL

The disk is full.

ERROR_INVALID_HANDLE

An invalid or inactive handle was supplied.

ERROR_INVALID_HANDLE_STATE

The handle is in an invalid state.

ERROR_SUCCESS

The function succeeded.
