$0Hi $0 $0I have windows xp installed in my system and also having the mivrosoft professional office 2003 edition, last 2 days I am deleting some useless file but today I can't open my microsoft excel, because everytime I want to open the excel the installer window appear asking me to install the progamme than appear the installation file SKU001.CAB is shown missing, so my install never done and my excel can not open at all.$0 Thank you for helping me to solve this problem as soon as posible, because I need to do work on the excel.$0 Thankyou.$0

Windows Installer Problems
Top of the day to you all!
Iam having big problem with my windows installer! I can't install hardly ANY program, or do any updates for Windows or any other program!
The 2 messages I constantly get are........
1)
The windows installer Service could not be assessed.
This can occur if you are running windows in safe mode,or if the windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.
or,
2)
Microsoft.Net Framework 3.5 could not be installed.
I have Windows Vista.
Any help that you can give me will be greatly appreciated!
My PC constantly locks up playing games on Facebook too.

Windows Installer problem
Using Vista and trying to install H&R Block tax prep program I get the message "Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.This can happen if Windows Installer is not correctly installed. contact your support personnel for assistance". My Toshiba techs are unable to help. How do I reinstall the service?nTnx.
