Inserts the specified object into the FreezableCollection<T> at the specified index.

Parameters

- Type: System.Int32
The zero-based index at which value should be inserted.
- value
- Type: T
The object to insert.

| ArgumentOutOfRangeException | index is less than 0. - or - index is greater than Count. |
| InvalidOperationException | The FreezableCollection<T> is frozen (its IsFrozen property is true). |
