Parameters

identityClaim: Type: System.IdentityModel.Claims.Claim
The Claim used to initialize the EndpointIdentity.

claimComparer: Type: System.Collections.Generic.IEqualityComparer(Claim)
The IEqualityComparer used to compare claims.
