Instructs the inner channel to display a user interface if one is required to initialize the channel prior to using it.

Call the DisplayInitializationUI method if the inner channel requires user interaction prior to constructing the channel. For example, if a user must enter a username and password to secure the channel, that custom System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.IInteractiveChannelInitializer can be invoked by calling this method.
