How to: Run a Report (Report Builder 1.0)

By default, Report Builder opens a report in design mode. To view your report with the actual data from the data source displayed, follow this procedure.
To run a report
In Report Builder design mode, click Run Report on the View menu.
Report Builder switches to run mode and the report is displayed. The length of time it takes to run the report depends on the complexity of the report and how busy the report server is.
NoteAlternatively, you can simply click the Run Report button on the Report toolbar to display the report with data.
