How to create, modify, or delete a shared schedule

To create or modify a shared schedule
- In Report Manager, on the global toolbar, click Site Settings.
- Click Manage shared schedules to open the Shared Schedules page.
- To create a new schedule, click New Schedule. To edit a schedule, click the name of the schedule.
- Type a descriptive name for the schedule (optional).
- Click Hour, Day, Week, or Month to specify an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Click Once to create a schedule that runs one-time only. Additional options appear when you specify the basis of your schedule.
- Select a date to start the schedule (optional). The default is the current day. You can postpone the schedule start time by choosing a later date.
- Select a date to stop the schedule (optional). The schedule stops running on this date, but it will not be deleted.
- Click OK.
To delete a shared schedule
- Click Manage shared schedules to open the Shared Schedules page.
- Select the check box next to the schedule you want to delete, and then click Delete.
